Built by Raul Molina, founder of Scoutboard. I'm working directly with a small group of college football staffs to shape Scoutboard around how they actually recruit. If the walkthrough looks useful, request Founding Access and I'll follow up with next steps.

How it fits with your stack
Where Scoutboard fits
Your staff probably already has film links, stat pages, camp notes, coach referrals, texts, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools. Scoutboard does not replace all of that. It gives your football staff one place to turn scattered information into recruiting decisions.

A direct line to me
I'm the one building Scoutboard. You'll have my email, and when something breaks or you need a feature, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it.
A say in what gets built
Founding programs get first look at new features and real influence on what I prioritize. If something isn't working for how you recruit, I want to hear it.
Setup help, if you want it
Already have a board or spreadsheet? Send it over and I'll import it for you, so you're up and running in under a day. Your data stays yours.
Built with feedback from small-college football staffs.
Why Scoutboard exists
Built directly with small college football staffs.
“I’m building Scoutboard directly with D2, D3, and NAIA staffs — coordinators running their whole recruiting board out of Google Sheets because every tool was priced for Power 5 or built for high schools. Selected founding programs get a 3-month free trial, hands-on setup, and a direct voice in what gets built next.”

Immediate value
Useful before your next staff meeting
Most recruiting tools ask your staff to build a system before they get value from it. Scoutboard is designed to start from what you already have: your roster, your board, your notes, your prospects, and your film links.
- Import or recreate your current recruiting board
- See which positions need attention
- Organize prospects by class, position, status, and fit
- Keep evaluations and follow-ups attached to the player
- Give the whole staff one shared view of who matters next
Drop in your roster. See the needs. Start working the board.
Is this a fit?
Who Scoutboard is built for
Probably a fit if…
- You're a small-college football staff (DII, DIII, NAIA, FCS, or JuCo).
- Your recruiting board lives across spreadsheets, texts, notes, and film links.
- You want roster-aware recruiting decisions, not just another contact list.
- You want a shared board your whole staff can work, without a full ops team.
Probably not for you if…
- You already have a full recruiting operations staff and an enterprise system your staff actually uses daily.
- You only need film breakdown or tagging. Hudl already covers that.
- You only need a mass prospect outreach tool.
- Your current spreadsheet process is already working well enough.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions
Does Scoutboard replace Hudl, MaxPreps, FieldLevel, or Teamworks?
No. Scoutboard is designed to work alongside the tools your staff already uses. Hudl can remain your film source. MaxPreps can remain a public reference for stats and rosters. FieldLevel can remain a recruiting network. Your athletic department can keep its compliance or operations systems. Scoutboard gives your football staff a simpler workspace for organizing prospects, evaluations, notes, roster needs, and follow-ups.
Why use Scoutboard if our school already has Teamworks, ARMS, or another department system?
Some athletic departments already use broader systems for operations, communication, compliance, or recruiting administration. Scoutboard is narrower by design. It gives the football staff a simple, roster-aware recruiting board for prospects, evaluations, notes, needs, and next actions. It is built to work alongside existing systems, not force your department to replace them.
Where does player information come from?
Scoutboard is built around real, current, publicly available player information and staff-entered evaluations. As we add prospect data, public sources are used as context; your staff's notes, grades, boards, and decisions remain private to your workspace.
Can we start with our current recruiting board or spreadsheet?
Yes. If you already have a board or spreadsheet, I can help import it so your staff is not starting from scratch. The goal is to make Scoutboard useful quickly, not create another setup project for your staff.
Does our whole staff need to switch at once?
No. Most programs can start with one coach or recruiter using Scoutboard first, then bring in the rest of the staff once the workflow is proven. You do not need a full staff rollout on day one.
How quickly can we be up and running?
Most programs can get started quickly, especially if you already have a spreadsheet or recruiting board. If we are a fit, I can help you bring over your current board so you can start using Scoutboard with real prospects instead of a blank workspace.
What happens when we request Founding Access?
Tell me about your program and how you manage recruiting today. If Scoutboard looks like a fit, I can help you start from your current board or spreadsheet so your staff can see what Scoutboard would surface this week. There is no credit card required.
How does the 3-month free trial work?
Selected programs get a 3-month free trial while we continue improving Scoutboard with coach feedback. Programs that decide Scoutboard is worth keeping move to Founding Access at $149/month or $999 for the first year, with unlimited staff seats.
What happens to our data if we stop using Scoutboard?
Your data remains yours. If you stop using Scoutboard, you will still be able to export your information.
